• Please be aware that we reserve the right to withhold or suspend accounts or services for any reason.
• We offer a limited 7-day warranty on general merchandise, but please note that we do not provide any warranty on electronics, batteries, or engines.
• If you encounter any issues with your purchase, you may send the items back to RC King for inspection, and we will determine whether to replace components or products at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds on goods that are used or cannot be resold.
• Please note that specials, product availability, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
• All shipping and returns are at the customer's expense, and refunds may take between 2-4 business days to clear.
• If Local Supplier Stock Items are out of stock, we will contact you and provide options. If you choose a refund, please note that it may take between 2-4 business days to clear.
• We offer a standard 10% discount to qualified pensioners, but please note that proof of identification matching the purchase account name must be supplied to enable pensioner discount. This discount cannot be applied retroactively.
• Please be aware that Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to cover shipping costs. Additionally, Gift Cards can only be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund minus handling fees.
