1. Can we collect what we order?
    Yes, Parcel collection can be arranged, please select pick up as the shipping option.  

  2. I am looking for a product not listed on your website, can you import something specific for me?
    Due to the postal system not being what it was, this service is offered on a limited basis.

  3. When I received my spare parts, they came with a RC King header card, are these parts second hand?
    RC King often carefully strip down new complete models.  We do this as we can then provide parts for models that are hard to obtain, although the primary reason for this is that we can then provide spares for much cheaper than we could if we imported them individually.  To answer the question, these parts are completely unused and are in tip top condition.

  4. Sometimes the landline is not answered?
    Sometimes we are out getting new stock or managing our couriers. We have a cell number which you can reach RC King on via calls and WhatsApp.

  5. How will I know when you have something back in stock?
    You are welcome to email us to get a timeline, but if you are logged into your RC King account, under the orange out of stock block, simply click on "Notify me when back in stock".  Our system will notify you the second the item becomes available for purchase. If you are a new customer and haven't signed up with us yet, you can also add your email address to the block on top of "notify me when available" and click on the notify me when available and when something is back in stock, you will get an email to let you know. 

  6. How can I make payment?
    Online payments can be made using our secure online partners.  Payfast for Debit and Credit Cards as well as EFT.  Ozow for instant EFT. We also have card facilities at our shop.
