Position: Shop Assistant.
Full Time.
We are looking for a self-motivated technically minded individual who has a great understanding of Radio Control Cars, Planes, Boats, Drones, Electronics, Batteries, Charging etc. What you don't know we will teach you! :)
A successful applicant would be customer orientated as we at RC King prize our customer service.

Job Description includes, but is not limited to:
- Greeting and assisting customers.
- Answering incoming calls & WhatsApps
- Assist customers with advice and help them find the products and solutions they are looking for.
- Being responsible for cash and card payments.
- Balancing cash register with receipts and completing cashup at the end of each day.
- Stocking shelves and general inventory management.
- Assisting with stock takes.
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to management.
- Assist with RC King product manufacture and packaging.
- Packaging and shipping customer orders, working with our courier partners.
