What To Expect:

If used with the included battery (2S), expect very good speed and torque—cruising and blasting over terrain will be smooth. Switching to a 3S LiPo (if the ESC/motor allows), you can push toward very high speeds.

Run-time will depend heavily on how aggressively you drive; hard use (lots of throttle, high speed) will reduce battery life per session.

NB**Although the HNR Mars has been well designed, it is imperative that throttle control be observed, as the car has a very powerful motor, to ensure that the pro driver gets maximum performance throughout each run.
to ensure the longevity of the drive chain, novice drivers who are unsure on how to observe throttle control should program in soft start on the ESC controller, as this driver assist, although not bulletproof, will give the drive chain a better chance of lasting whilst the novice driver learns throttle control.
Should you wish for soft start to be programmed in, please let us know before shipping.

The Mars was lightning fast out of the box, with the brushless gear even on a lower speed setting I was not able to reach top speed. The rig is overall very well build with alot of tunability. The suspension and steering is so fast and smooth that is unbelivable. Highly recommend for someone who wants to have some RC fun. Also RC King is top and Melissa is MVP for all the support.Fast, Fun, Hardy, Well build, Good Value.A bit too fast for a newbie. Batteries drain blitzing fast.
