RC King Hobbies Repair Service
RC King offers a repair service for models we carry spares for. We have over a decade of experience repairing cars, helicopters, quadcopters and aeroplanes.
In order for us to put a quote together you must first send us or drop off your repairs. Please email sales@rc-king.co.za or call 0767234540(Whatsapp available) to arrange a repair. Remember to send us all the related items, we need the transmitter, model, batteries and charger.
We will not charge you for inspecting the model, but there will be a shipping fee to return your items if you are not able to collect them. There are no hidden costs and no hidden charges.
Please note that we will not accept repairs without prior arrangement.
We charge R600 an hour, but bill in 30 minute increments. Invoices will be created through our online store and payments are to be made through our secure gateway.
Repair specific terms:
1. Unclaimed Items: Items uncollected 60 days after repair or quote notification are subject to being deemed abandoned. We'll attempt to arrange collection three times before considering the item abandoned. Abandoned items will be sold to cover costs.
2. Liability Disclaimer: RC King is not liable for damage or loss due to theft, break-ins, or other events beyond our control.
